Shipping policy

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing order. Tracking information updates will be sent by email automatically.

Legal shipping of content:

Some content will ship thru a third party vendor during checkout and you will also be asked to enter a shipping Address, and or general age information of the person placing the order.

Due to the nature of the product being shipped there must be a person who is 21 years of age or older there to sign for order. Items will not be delivered without a signature and after two attempts to deliver will result in product being returned. At that time a refund will not be issued due to legal nature of content. Please note, there are some controlled states that don’t allow direct shipments. We are currently working on those locations at this time and will provide update as soon as possible.

Damaged Order? 

If your order is damaged or lost during transit with the shipping carrier. We will gladly replace the wine upon verification of delivery of the damaged products with the shipping carrier.
